MSF Asia Scientific Days & International Conference on Medical Sciences (ICM) 2022 is a hybrid conference to showcase research, innovation, and experiences from treatment and humanitarian programmes across the region. The aim is to bring together researchers, practitioners, academics, senior scientists and patient representatives to catalyse improvements in the quality of care provided to patients and populations at risk.

This collaboration between MSF and the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, will enhance the dissemination of scientific findings to a larger audience while broadening professional networks. Through this partnership, we aim to support research and innovation at a field level, find efficiencies and create a culture of best practice, constantly improving the standards of care provided to those in our care.
The scientific sessions comprise research presentations in the form of oral posters and symposia covering topics of medical relevance.
We are aware of the ever-changing nature of COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, we are constantly monitoring the situation and restrictions and working on a hybrid model for MSF Scientific Days – Asia 2022 which will be a mix of online and offline audiences from across the world.
