Minimum Qualifications
For all positions, candidates should:
- Speak French at a minimum A2 level and be willing to improve their proficiency with MSF’s support. (If you’re unsure of your current level, MSF can arrange a language assessment.)
- Be willing to deploy to any location where MSF is responding to Ebola or similar public health emergencies.
- Demonstrate an emergency response mindset, with the ability to adapt to uncertainty and challenging working environments.
- Be available for deployment at short notice.
- Be committed to upholding MSF’s Code of Conduct, humanitarian principles, and emergency Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
