MSF India Newsletter
JULY 2018
|
Every year, 28 July is observed as World Hepatitis Day. Hepatitis C is a liver disease which can lead to potentially fatal conditions such a liver failure and liver cancer, if left untreated. In 2017, MSF started a pilot hepatitis C project in Meerut in collaboration with the National Health Mission. Our teams initiated nearly 1,200 people on treatment, of whom 298 have now been declared cured. In this video, we show how our teams are battling this 'silent killer.' |

MSF does great work in the area of health and reaches out to places and people where there is hardly any help/support. It seems it's easy but it's not.... when you read and know more. Staff risks their lives and leave their personal life behind to serve. Support this great cause. RESPECT |
